the same old exercises over and over again, day in, day out because we
believe they ultimately lead to performance limiting habits. Our programs

the years we build up bad habits in the way we use and move our bodies.
This can result in a whole range of musculo-skeletal problems: backpain,
neck and shoulder pain, muscle aches, fatigue, poor posture, breathing
